Author of three cookbooks.

cook and coach

 

 

I became deeply involved in the world of cooking after meeting my partner, a food photographer, in Paris.

 

In 2017, I published the vegan recipe book “Easy 

Peasy”. This was followed by the vegan recipe book “Evergreens” and the Japanese cookbook “Japan: Die 5 Geheimnisse der japanischen Küche”. 

Since 2020, I have been offering cooking classes and workshops on Japanese cuisine and holistic cooking that incorporate the basics of macrobiotics. I also provide dietary advice and recipe suggestions. Furthermore, I also offer healing, energy work in Japanese art and I am available for other consultations as well.
