I became deeply involved in the world of cooking after meeting my partner, a food photographer, in Paris.
In 2014, I tried a three-week raw food diet to improve a long-standing health issue.
The dramatic changes I experienced in both my mind and body led me to start cooking mainly plant-based meals.
In 2017, I published the vegan recipe book “Easy
Peasy”. This was followed by the vegan recipe book “Evergreens” and the Japanese cookbook “Japan: Die 5 Geheimnisse der japanischen Küche”.
Since 2020, I have been deepening my understanding of the importance of the mind-body connection and the journey of getting to know myself.
And I have been offering cooking classes and workshops on Japanese cuisine and holistic cooking that incorporate the basics of macrobiotics. I also provide dietary advice and recipe suggestions. Furthermore, I also offer healing, energy work in Japanese art and I am available for other consultations as well.
